Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returns for credit or exchange must be unused and in saleable condition. Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned and/or exchanged at 425 Lafayette Street, The Delacorte Theater, or at any other of The Public's physical locations.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To return or exchange merchandise, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us over email at merchandise@publictheater.org, including your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return/exchange. We will confirm receipt of your request via email and send you a return authorization.
  2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely to prevent damage during shipment.
  3. Ship your package via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the address below. We recommend you insure your package through your carrier. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to The Public Theater Store.

Your return/exchange will be processed promptly upon arrival and we will send an email confirmation of your return/exchange once it has been processed. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your account to the credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
